Refund Policy

Overview

Crescent Hijama values your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, we have established the following refund policy for all appointments and services.

Appointment Deposits

  • A $40 deposit is required to secure all appointments

  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service

​

Refund Eligibility

  • The $50 deposit is refundable only if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable

Payment Methods & Fees

  • A 3% processing surcharge applies to all payments made by credit card

  • Surcharges are non-refundable, as they are charged by the payment processor

​

Service Completion

Once a Hijama service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions, packages, or partially used services.

Promotions & Community Sessions

Discounted, promotional, or community-priced sessions are final sale and subject to the same cancellation policy unless otherwise stated in writing.

Policy Changes

Crescent Hijama reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
