Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Crescent Hijama website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Crescent Hijama provides Hijama (cupping therapy) and related wellness services for wellness and complementary health purposes only. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health information prior to receiving any service.

Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book services independently

  • Minors may receive services only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian​

​

Appointments & Deposits

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received

  • Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice

Payments

  • Full payment is due at the time of service

  • When a promo code, discount, or special offer is used, payment in full is required at the time of booking

  • Community or promotional pricing is limited and subject to specific terms

  • Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • 3% processing surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

  • Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance

  • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours

  • No refunds for no-shows

  • Services rendered are non-refundable

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

Health Disclosure & Consent

All clients must:

  • Provide accurate medical history

  • Sign a consent and liability waiver prior to treatment

Crescent Hijama is not responsible for complications or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate health information.

Consent & Liability Disclaimer

Hijama is a voluntary complementary wellness service. By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept potential risks associated with cupping therapy.

Crescent Hijama, its practitioners, partners, volunteers, and hosting locations are not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes except as required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Crescent Hijama reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or contraindicated based on health history or practitioner discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Crescent Hijama and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
